Traditional Menu

STARTER
Roasted Red Peppers-
Tender roasted red peppers, candied walnuts, and crumbled goat cheese, served on a bed of mixed greens with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil; served with crisp water crackers.

SALAD
Greek Salad
– A traditional salad made with juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onions, poblano peppers, and organic Kalamata olives, dressed with a drizzle of olive oil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

ENTREE
Pastitsio-
A beloved traditional Greek pasta dish, pastitsio features layers of rigatoni and a cinnamon-spiced filling of ground beef, lamb, and fresh tomatoes, simmered with aromatic herbs and a hint of fresh parsley. It is topped with a delicate layer of béchamel sauce and crumbled feta, then baked to perfection.

DESSERT
Sokolatina
— Flourless dark chocolate cake served with berries and lightly sweetened whipped cream.

 A traditional Greek dish made with large lima beans, slow-cooked with olive oil, herbs, organic yellow onions and organic bell red and green poblano peppers. Simple, hearty, and full of balanced, savory flavor.

DESSERT
Mila sto Fourno -
Apples baked in Greek style with maple syrup, cinnamon, walnuts, and a hint of clove, finished with extra syrup and crushed walnuts.
