Traditional Menu

Fava –

SALAD
Garden Greens Salad
– Crisp salad greens mingled with avocado, vibrant orange segments and juicy tomatoes, dressed in a bright, house-made vinaigrette with a sprinkle of chopped pecans.

ENTREE
Spanakopita & Tiropita Kourou (Spinach & Cheese Pies) -
Pites kourou are traditional Greek cheese and spinach pies made with a soft, buttery pastry dough that is tender and slightly crumbly. Filled with a savory mixture of feta and spinach, they have a rich, subtly tangy flavor and a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Often shaped into half-moons, these golden pastries are especially delicious when served warm from the oven.

Rizogalo -
