ENTREE
Moschari rolo sto harti –
rolled organic flank steak slow cooked in parchment, stuffed with organic onions, red and poblano peppers, spices and herbs, a hint of gruyere cheese and organic Kalamata olives and drizzled with olive oil. Served with a side of Greek yoghurt over organic Basmati rice.

DESSERT
Revani:
A traditional semolina cake with a moist, delicate texture, crafted from organic eggs, lemon zest, fine sugar, and flour—naturally rich in flavor and made without butter. Drizzled in light citrus syrup for a refined, elegant finish.
