Mediterranean dishes such as grilled octopus, lemon‑herb chicken, dolmades, and fresh salads with feta. Aromatic Southeast Asian dishes featuring lime, ginger, or lemongrass. This is a fantastic wine for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern foods, particularly dishes with herbs, roasted vegetables, warm spices, and a touch of sweetness. Try it with grilled or roasted pork, lamb kebabs, merguez, Moroccan tagines, roasted squash, sweet potatoes, or mushroom dishes. Its slight sweetness and refreshing bubbles also make it an additionally excellent partner for spicy foods — the sweetness softens the heat while the acidity and bubbles refresh the palate.

This is an exceptionally versatile food wine. The wine's bright acidity and subtle saline character particularly complements the sweetness of roasted tomatoes and peppers. The acidity mirrors the tomato's acidity, while the wine's light tannins work with the charred crust and savory toppings. This wine is particularly well suited to roast chicken, while its peppery, herbal character makes it a natural match for grilled meats seasoned with rosemary, oregano, thyme, or fennel.
