Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because this is an intimate, hands-on workshop with limited space, each reservation represents a place that we have held specifically for you. Our cancellation policy allows us to plan carefully for our guests, ingredients, space, and teaching team.

Cancellations 14 or more days before the workshop

You may cancel your registration for a full refund, less a 6.2% non-refundable payment processing fees.

Cancellations 5–13 days before the workshop

You will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.

Cancellations within 5 days of the workshop

Registrations are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your place to another person at no additional charge. Please notify us of the new participant's name and contact information at least 24 hours before the workshop.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give or transfer your reservation to a friend, family member, or colleague. The registration remains tied to the original reservation, and any payment between you and the person taking your place is your responsibility.

Emergencies and exceptional circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend because of a serious illness, family emergency, or other significant unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider requests for an exception to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.

Workshop cancellation or rescheduling

If we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop for reasons within our control, you will have the option of receiving a full refund of your registration fee.

No-shows

Registrations are non-refundable for no-shows. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to someone else or arrange a transfer.
