These crispy, honey-scovered dough balls are a favourite at Skyros, perfect for sharing with friends or indulging on a quiet evening. Making this recipe is my way to bring my Skyros experience back into my day, as they remind me of the warmth, the community, and the simple joys of life that Skyros offers.

So, grab your ingredients, put on some Greek music, and join me!
